Lymphatic Massage is a very light touch massage that involves stimulating the lymphatic system. Light touch is used to avoid collapsing the lymph vessels which would stop the process.

The lymphatic system is responsible for maintaining fluid balance, supporting immune function, and facilitating the removal of metabolic waste from the body. Unlike the cardiovascular system, it does not have a pump like the heart and relies on muscle movement and manual stimulation via lymphatic massage to function efficiently.
